We’re recruiting for a Lettings Consultant to join an award-winning property business in Dunmow, working within a successful and supportive team.

The Role
As a Lettings Consultant, you will:
*Liaise with prospective tenants to understand their requirements and circumstances
*Match applicants with suitable rental properties from the available portfolio
*Coordinate and conduct property viewings
*Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Negotiate tenancy terms and agreements
*Undertake property valuations and present the company’s services to prospective landlords
*Conduct periodic property inspections
*Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the telephone
*Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Lettings Consultant Requirements
*Previous experience in property, estate agency, or lettings is advantageous, but not essential
*Confident, professional communication skills
*Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
*Positive, enthusiastic, and competitive approach
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*IT proficient, including Microsoft Office packages
*Quick to learn new systems and processes
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
What’s on Offer?
*£24,000–£25,000 basic salary, depending on experience
