The Opportunity


As a key member of the HR team, you will provide advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of people-related matters. You’ll play an integral role in delivering effective HR solutions, ensuring compliance, and supporting the continued development of a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities
*Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management cases.
*Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and inductions.
*Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
*Advise managers on company policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
*Assist with performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
*Produce HR reports and support a range of HR projects.
*Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
*Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and procedures.


About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR position.
*Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
*Experience handling a range of employee relations cases.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
*CIPD qualification, or currently studying towards CIPD (desirable).
