*A caring, patient, compassionate, and professional attitude.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*A good understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding, and promoting independence.
*Current mandatory training certificates, or a willingness to complete the required training.
*An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the DBS Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
*The right to work in the UK.
*Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends.
