I’m currently working with a large, customer-facing business to recruit a commercially minded Finance Business Partner into a highly visible operational finance role.


Supporting senior stakeholders across a sizeable multi-site estate, you’ll be responsible for providing insight, challenge and commercial analysis around key operational costs, performance trends and profitability drivers.


Key areas of focus:
*Commercial business partnering with operational leadership teams
*Budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
*Labour and operational cost analysis
*KPI development and benchmarking
*Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
*Delivering insight that supports strategic decision-making

We’re keen to speak with ACA, ACCA or CIMA-qualified finance professionals who have experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Experience across retail, leisure, hospitality, logistics or other operationally driven sectors would be advantageous.
