This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Control professional to join a well-established finance team, offering excellent career development opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise, coach and develop a team of Credit Controllers.

*Oversee aged debt, collections and ledger performance.

*Manage escalated accounts and complex queries.

*Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

*Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements.

*Support with reconciliations and ad hoc projects.



The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous supervisory experience within Credit Control or Finance.

*Strong understanding of credit control processes.

*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

*Proactive, organised and confident managing a team.



What’s on Offer:
