Full job description*Location: Stirling, Scotland.
*Hours: 42.5 hours per week, working a day shift (requires on-call support).
*Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
*Role Summary: Maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities at the Bridge of Allan site to ensure maximum efficiency in dairy manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities


*Maintain and repair a wide range of machinery and perform preventative maintenance.
*Minimize production downtime and coordinate planned maintenance with the production team.
*Comply with all health, safety, and food safety legislations.
*Support site visits, audits, and enquiries from customers or regulatory bodies.
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with external contractors.


Requirements & Qualifications


*Formal apprenticeship or equivalent training in installation and maintenance with practical experience.
*Background working with electrical and mechanical plants, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
*Experience with PLC’s, VFD’s, motors, breakdown maintenance, and planned maintenance systems.
*Prior experience in a fast-paced food processing or packing environment is considered an advantage.
