Full job descriptionKenneth Brian Associates are working with a growing business in Epsom who are looking for a confident and motivated Credit Controller to join their team.

The Role*Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding payments.
*Manage a ledger of customer accounts, ensuring balances are kept up to date.
*Chase outstanding debts via telephone and email.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve payment queries.
*Agree payment plans where necessary and monitor progress.
*Investigate discrepancies and resolve invoice queries.
*Allocate payments and update customer records accurately.
*Work closely with the wider finance team to minimise overdue debt.
*Meet collection targets and help improve cash flow across the business.
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience in credit control, debt collection or a similar customer-facing role.
*A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
*Someone who is organised, persistent and able to manage their own workload.
*Good attention to detail and the ability to resolve queries effectively.
*A positive attitude and a results-driven approach.
