The Role*Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
*Handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
*Acting for landlords and tenants on commercial lease matters
*Advising clients on property finance and development transactions
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documentation
*Advising on title issues, easements, covenants and associated matters
*Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Providing a high standard of client care and legal advice
*Assisting senior colleagues on complex matters where required
About You*Previous experience within commercial property law is essential
*Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals
*Strong understanding of commercial property transactions
*Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
*Confident handling your own workload and caseload
*Organised, proactive and commercially aware
*Strong attention to detail
*Able to work independently whilst also contributing to a wider team
