Full job descriptionAtkinson Moss is delighted to supporting a high growth business in their search for a Credit Controller. Working as part of a talented and supportive team, the Credit Controller will be responsible for the following duties:
*Ownership of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
*Resolving customer queries via telephone and email
*Liaising customers to secure payment and resolve outstanding balances
*Monitoring aged debt reports and escalating high-risk accounts
*Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
*Credit checks and supporting credit risk assessments
*Supporting month-end and year-end finance processes
