Salary: £27,980.00 starting salary | Up to £32,000 within 12-24 months
Location: Christchurch (Office-based during probation, then hybrid thereafter)
Start date: 30th November
Hours: full-time, as per below...
*Monday - Sunday on a shift basis.
*Timings range from 8am to 9pm.
*You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturday/Sundays.

About the Role
Your day-to-day role will include:
*Handling customer queries by phone and email
*Assessing and investigating claims
*Checking policy cover
*Gathering information and supporting documentation
*Providing clear and helpful information to customers
*Negotiating and settling claims where appropriate
*Managing a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy
*Providing a professional and empathetic service
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have:
*Previous customer service experience is essential.
*Experience in a medical setting (Care, Healthcare, etc...)
*Good telephone and written communication skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Good computer skills
*The ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
*Good numerical ability
*A friendly and empathetic approach
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Training
*The role starts on 30th November 2026.
*You will complete a 7-week full-time training programme, Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm.
*You must be available to attend the full 7-week training programme
*Full training and support will be provided, so you don’t need previous claims experience to be considered.
