Forklift Driver
Location: Crick (until January), moving to a brand-new site in Rugby
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: 18:00 - 06:00 shifts
Pay Rate: £16.70 per hour

Exciting Opportunity to Join a New Warehouse Operation

We are recruiting for Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) & Pallet Truck Operators to join a growing logistics business. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team from the very beginning, supporting operations at the Crick site until January before transferring to a brand-new warehouse facility in Rugby.

Key Responsibilities
*Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks
*Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
*Move, stack, and organise stock throughout the warehouse
*Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements
*Support general warehouse duties when required
*Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
*Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately
What We’re Looking For
*Previous warehouse or logistics experience
*Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, although full in-house training is available
*Pallet truck experience desirable
*Strong commitment to health and safety
*Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
