Full job descriptionReed Education is seeking a qualified and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a nurturing Early Years setting. This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
*Support children’s learning and development in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
*Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and developmental milestones.
*Act as a key worker for a designated group of children.
*Deliver engaging, play-based activities that promote learning and social development.
*Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children at all times.
*Build positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children’s learning and development.
*Assist in maintaining a stimulating, inclusive, and well-resourced learning environment.
Requirements
*Level 3 Early Years cache (or equivalent).
*Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
*Strong understanding of EYFS, child development, safeguarding, and learning through play.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
