Full job description*Business Value Assessment: Identify business challenges and opportunities across a process(es), and translate them into measurable business value and outcomes.
*Use Case Identification & Prioritization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize high-impact use cases based on business value, feasibility, and expected ROI.
*Value Quantification & Business Case Development: Quantify the financial impact of proposed solutions by defining relevant KPIs, estimating cost savings, revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiencies, and building business cases.
*Stakeholder Engagement & Workshops: Conduct discovery sessions and value workshops with business and technology stakeholders to understand pain points, align on business priorities, and define value realization opportunities.
*Solution Alignment & Value Mapping: Work closely with solution architects, and implementation teams to map proposed solutions to business problems and demonstrate how technology capabilities can address KH-specific challenges.
*Value Realization & KPI Tracking: Utilise existing value realization frameworks, define baseline and target KPIs, track business outcomes, and work with stakeholders to validate realized benefits against the original business case.
Key expectation: The VE should bridge the gap between business strategy and technology solutions, ensuring that proposed initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
