A leading London law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its busy and highly regarded Corporate team. Working alongside experienced partners and solicitors, you’ll play a key role in a broad range of acquisitions, disposals and general corporate transactions.
The Role
*Supporting M&A and corporate transactions from inception to completion
*Assisting with due diligence, disclosure exercises and transaction documents
*Preparing Companies House filings, board minutes and corporate records
*Managing transaction checklists, data rooms and completion processes
*Liaising with clients and professional advisers throughout the transaction lifecycle
About You
*At least 6 months’ experience within a Corporate or Corporate/Commercial team
*Exposure to acquisitions, disposals or other transactional work
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Commercially minded, proactive and keen to develop your corporate law experience
