Tiger is seeking a proactive and hands-on finance professional to join a leading finance firm at its newly established Lisbon hub. You will play a key role in building the finance function, supporting the set-up of new systems and processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop alongside a new team and progress their career within an international business.

What you’ll Do

*Work closely with the Senior Manager to build and develop the in-house finance function in Lisbon
*Support the transition of the finance function from outsourced accountants, putting in place the right structure, systems and processes
*Take responsibility for the financial control of group entities, including month-end reporting, quarterly Board reporting and MI
*Contribute to year-end financial statements and the audit process
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting, regulatory returns and tax returns
*Identify gaps in controls and drive improvements across processes and systems
*Drive positive change within the team, supporting managers in delivering day-to-day responsibilities
Who You Are

*Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field
*3+ years’ relevant experience (5+ years for Senior Associate level);
*Financial services experience preferred
*Experienced in reporting under IFRS or US GAAP (preferred)
*Strong systems skills, including financial modelling and ERP knowledge
*Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
*Highly organised and able to manage a wide range of responsibilities
