Full job descriptionOur Global SaaS client is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join their Global Customer Success Data Science Team on a 9-month contract, supporting international markets and driving measurable impact across Customer Experience, Digital Experience, Service Delivery, and Supportability.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen data foundations, enhance customer journeys, and accelerate AI-native analytics across the organisation. This role requires you to have a consultative and strategic approach.
Key Responsibilities*Build robust data foundations Develop pipelines, improve data integrity, and define metrics/governance tailored for international markets.
*Develop actionable dashboards & reporting Create scalable, user-friendly dashboards that connect insights across the full customer journey.
*Deliver deep-dive analytics Conduct root-cause analysis to uncover customer pain points, digital adoption challenges, and operational inefficiencies. Provide clear, actionable recommendations.
*Advance AI-native analytics Use Gen AI tools for automated insight generation, summarisation, anomaly detection, and workflow optimisation.
*Support experimentation & continuous improvement Analyse A/B tests and digital experience performance, quantifying customer and business impact.
*Influence strategy through storytelling Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, shaping decisions that improve customer experience and operational performance.
Skills & Experience*8+ years in Data Analytics or Data Science (Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience ideal)
*Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Spark
*Dashboarding expertise (Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
*Python or R for analytics/automation (preferred)
*Knowledge of statistical methods and A/B testing
*Experience with ML or Generative AI (advantageous)
*Strong communication and data storytelling capability
*Growth mindset with genuine enthusiasm for Gen AI
