Full job descriptionAre you a competent Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Clerk who is immediately available and local to Southend to commit to a part time temporary assignment until mid February. This is an office based role, so someone who lives within commutable distance.
The position is over 3 days per week, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch a total of 24 hours per week.
Duties
*Entering invoices onto the system approx, checking goods received, invoice is correct and valid
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Preparing the payment runs
*Reconciling past statements ahead of system transfer
*Supporting with sales ledger invoicing
*Filing
*Systems include Sage Line 50, Excel and Xero
