Job Title:Classroom General Teaching Assistant
Location:Garstang
Contract Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Daily Rate: £110 per day

We are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Classroom General Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Garstang. This is a full-time role starting ASAP, working Monday to Friday during term time.
About the Role:
You will work in a welcoming mainstream primary school, supporting the class teacher, running small group interventions and helping pupils feel confident with their learning.
Key Responsibilities:*Support teaching and learning across the classroom
*Deliver small group interventions in reading, writing and maths
*Prepare resources and help with displays
*Encourage positive behaviour and support wellbeing
*Assist with supervision during breaks and lunchtimes
Who We’re Looking For:
No formal qualification is needed. We would love to hear from:
*Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants
*Childcare, nursery or play work backgrounds
*Graduates considering teacher training
*Anyone with volunteering or coaching experience with children
You must be:*Enthusiastic about working with children
*Supportive of pupils and staff
*Adaptable and happy to help wherever needed
*Punctual and dependable
