Location: Velindre Hospital, Cardiff, CF14 2TL
Rate: Up to £450 per day
Start: ASAP
Duration: Up to 6 months, with potential for further work
Hours: Up to 10 hours a day
Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to work with a client on a project in Cardiff in a hospital.
Candidates with a sprinkler background are preferred, although those with experience in mechanical pipework will also be considered.
Working alongside the client’s existing site-based supervision and project design teams, you will oversee daily site activities and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily site activities and coordinate site operatives.
*Monitor installation progress and ensure work meets project deadlines.
*Coordinate with project management, design teams and subcontractors.
*Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
*Carry out site inspections and maintain quality standards.
*Identify and resolve site issues to keep the project on track.
*Provide regular progress updates to the project team.
Requirements:
*Previous Site Management experience within sprinkler systems or mechanical pipework.
*Valid SMSTS certification.
*Black CSCS card.
*Strong knowledge of site health and safety requirements.
*Good communication and coordination skills.
