Description
Data Controls & Analytics Manager
*Design, build, and enhance reporting and automation solutions using Alteryx and Power BI.
*Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and drive better decision-making.
*Support the implementation and ongoing adherence to BCBS 239 principles.
*Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and control frameworks.
*Ensure critical reporting solutions are appropriately governed, documented, and controlled.
*Analyse end-to-end data flows and recommend process improvements.
*Drive best practice across data management, reporting, and analytics.
*Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on data-related risks, controls, and reporting requirements.
Profile
Data Controls & Analytics Manager


A successful Data Controls & Analytics Manager should have:
*Strong hands-on capability with Alteryx
*Advanced Power BI development and reporting skills
*Good knowledge of BCBS 239 and data governance frameworks
*A background within Financial Services, Banking, or another regulated environment
*Strong understanding of data controls, risk management, and reporting governance
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*The ability to translate business requirements into practical data and reporting solutions
*A proactive and commercially minded approach to problem-solving
*The ability to understand end-to-end data flows and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and stronger controls.




Job Offer
Data Controls & Analytics Manager
*£65,000 - £85,000 base salary
