Full job descriptionseeking a proactive SHEQ Officer to support and improve its Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments

*Maintain SHEQ policies, procedures and ISO compliance

*Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities

*Deliver safety inductions and training

*Investigate incidents, complaints and non-conformances

*Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards

*Support corrective actions and continuous improvement

*Report SHEQ issues and trends to management

Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a SHEQ or similar role

*NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)

*Knowledge of UK SHEQ legislation and best practice

*Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

*Experience conducting audits and risk assessments

*Strong communication, organisational and IT skills

*A proactive approach to compliance and continuous improvement
