Key Responsibilities
*Completing calculations relating to member benefit entitlements.
*Responding to queries from members, trustees and other stakeholders.
*Preparing and collating pension scheme information and documentation.
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring service level standards are met.
*Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
About You
*Previous pensions administration experience within a third-party administrator or in-house occupational pension scheme environment.
*Experience working with Defined Benefit pension schemes.
*Strong customer service and communication skills.
*Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
*A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
*Working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification would be advantageous.
