Lead a small team, responsible for delivery of residential installation projects on construction sites!!
Open to immediate start or candidates with a notice period to serve. You will ideally bring a background of projects or operations management experience, in a transferrable sector.

Duties might include:
*People management – allocating workload, monitoring objectives, providing an escalation point for clients and the team, training, development and strategy
*Receiving and agreeing briefs from sales & design teams to then be transferred to clients; setting milestones, budgets, deliverables and deadlines
*Using project documents to calculate materials and resource requirements
*Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients
*Issuing and allocating Purchase Orders and invoices
*Setting up project management systems, software and processes

Benefits:
To be successful in this role, you should have experience of operations or project management related to the construction sector, or similar, and ideally bring experience of managing / leading a team. Experience from other / related sectors will be considered. A driving licence is required.
