Location: Eastbourne
Duration: 4 weeks
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Tony Alan Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Direct Marketing Support Assistant to join a busy team based in Eastbourne for an initial 4 - 6 week assignment.
The team supports customers applying for a DIY cash card and helps drive business by re-engaging customers whose accounts have become dormant. A significant backlog of time-sensitive work has built up, including valuable sales leads that need to be followed up promptly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, provide immediate support and help the team get back on track.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the Direct Marketing team with outstanding tasks and administrative duties.
*Following up with customers by telephone and other communication channels.
*Re-engaging customers whose accounts have become dormant.
*Managing and progressing sales leads to help maximise business opportunities.
*Ensuring customer enquiries and potential sales opportunities are followed up in a timely manner.
*Helping clear the existing backlog and ensuring workloads are brought up to date.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
*Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage a busy workload.
*Confident communicating with customers over the telephone and through other channels.
*Detail-oriented, with good administrative and organisational skills.
*Able to work independently, use their initiative and make an immediate impact.
*Available at short notice
Previous experience in customer service, telephone role, sales support or direct marketing would be highly advantageous.
