A fantastic opportunity for a Product Proposition Manager to join a growing financial services business. You’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy, analysing market trends, and driving commercial performance across their property portfolio.

THE ROLE
*Manage and enhance lending propositions across the product lifecycle
*Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
*Analyse performance data and MI to identify opportunities for growth
*Support product governance and performance monitoring
*Deliver commercial recommendations to optimise product performance
*Partner with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
*Support new product launches and proposition enhancements
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*Experience in Product Management, Proposition Management, or Product Pricing within the mortgage space
*Strong commercial and analytical skills
*Experience in priicng analytics and pricing strategy
*Experience using MI and performance reporting to drive decisions
*Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
*Strong Excel capabilities
