Are you an experienced People Business Partner looking for an opportunity to influence business strategy while remaining close to operations?
We are seeking a commercially minded People Partner to support a large workforce across multiple sites. Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in shaping people strategy, developing leadership capability and creating an engaging, high-performing culture.
This is a broad and highly visible HR leadership role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting organisational growth, workforce planning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Partner with senior leaders on strategic people initiatives
*Lead talent reviews and succession planning activity
*Coach and develop leaders to improve people management capability
*Support workforce planning and organisational growth
*Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law matters
*Manage organisational change and transformation projects
*Analyse people data and workforce metrics to drive business decisions
*Deliver engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives
*Support recruitment, onboarding and talent retention activities
The successful candidate will have:
*Strong HR Business Partner experience ideally within a multi-site environment
*Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Up-to-date UK employment law knowledge
*Experience managing complex employee relations cases
*Talent management and succession planning expertise
*Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
*Experience supporting organisational change and business growth
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach
