Job Description:
Full job descriptionThis is a paraplanning role where your work shapes the advice, at a small and close-knit firm that has built its name on thoughtful, personalised financial planning. Its clients range from driven entrepreneurs still building their wealth to those focused on protecting and passing it on wisely.
You will work directly alongside the planning team, producing financial plans, cashflow models and recommendation reports, carrying out product and investment research and preparing meeting documentation. The advice covers pensions, investments, protection, inheritance and tax planning, so technical strength across all of these areas is important, as is the ability to explain it clearly to clients. Cashflow modelling experience, ideally using Voyant, is a key requirement.
The firm invests in its people, with hands-on training, dedicated development time and a collaborative culture where your insight is taken seriously.
You will ideally hold the Diploma in Financial Planning, with Chartered status or good progress towards it preferred, and bring a minimum of two years’ paraplanning experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning tools such as Voyant or Xplan is required, along with a willingness to embrace the latest AI technology.
