Interim Finance Business Partner
Location: Telford (Hybrid Working Available)
Rate: £400-£550 per day inside
Duration: 3-6 Months
The OpportunityWe are supporting a well-established business in Telford who are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to provide commercial finance support during a period of change and growth. This is a highly visible role, partnering with operational and senior leadership teams to drive performance, improve decision-making, and deliver meaningful financial insights.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, hands on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities*Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insight and challenge
*Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting and commentary
*Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
*Analyse revenue, margins, costs and key business drivers
*Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
*Build and maintain financial models to support decision making
*Provide financial support on business projects and improvement initiatives
*Assist with month-end activities and management accounts where required
*Develop meaningful KPIs and performance dashboards
*Present financial information to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Person Specification*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role
*Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence non-finance teams
*Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
*Experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
*Comfortable working independently and adding value from day one
*Strong communication and presentation skills
*Experience within manufacturing, distribution, FMCG or service-led environments would be advantageous
