Salary: Up to £32,000 Basic | £40,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm | NO WEEKENDS
Richard Abson Group is recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist to join a well-established, premium main car dealership in Wrexham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking for a £32,000 basic salary, realistic £40,000 OTE and NO WEEKEND WORK!
You’ll be joining a successful dealership offering excellent earning potential, manufacturer training and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role:*Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs
*Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
*Liaising with Technicians and the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently
*Advising customers on additional work, repairs and service plans
*Maximising bonus opportunities through upselling and customer service
*Delivering excellent customer service throughout the aftersales process
What We’re Looking For:*Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist within a main car dealership
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Confident in upselling service plans and additional work
*Experience with Kerridge and 1Link would be beneficial
*Organised, professional and able to work in a busy dealership environment
Salary & Benefits:*£32,000 Basic Salary
*£40,000 Realistic OTE
*Uncapped bonus structure
*Existing Service Advisors consistently exceeding bonus targets
*NO WEEKENDS – Every Saturday and Sunday off!
*Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm
