An Interim HR Business Partner (Projects) to:
*Lead projects on strategic workforce planning, succession planning and career progression
*Partner with the People Director to build the future workforce for the next 5 years
*Support with Employee engagement activity to develop an action plan and initiatives
*Support with performance management process, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning
*Implement organisational development activity
*Lead change management activity including restructures and consultations
*Identify gaps within teams
Profile
An Interim HR Business Partner (Projects) with:
*Experience in leading and managing multiple strategic HR projects, including strategic workforce planning and succession planning
*Experience of embedding change into an organisation
*Able to start at short notice
*Experience working in Housing essential
*Experience working in a multi-site organisation desirable
