Full job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of two shell units on a retail park in Mansfield, which will become a veterinary practice and a children’s day nursery.
The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of fit-out delivery, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to health & safety.
Key Responsibilities*Manage day-to-day site operations across both units.

*Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

*Take full ownership of site health & safety, including RAMS, inductions, inspections and compliance.

*Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and deliveries.

*Oversee fit-out works, including M&E installations, partitions, ceilings, finishes and associated works.

*Manage programme sequencing and coordinate multiple trades.

*Monitor progress, resolve site issues and maintain quality standards.

*Oversee snagging, inspections and final handover.

Requirements*Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering fit-out projects.

*Strong health & safety knowledge and site management experience - essential.

*Good understanding of fit-out sequencing and M&E coordination.

*SMSTS certification.

*CSCS card.

*First Aid at Work qualification.

*Excellent organisational and communication skills.

*Ability to manage subcontractors and drive the programme.

Experience delivering veterinary practices, nurseries, healthcare or education facilities would be advantageous.
