The RoleAs a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, reducing outstanding debt and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
*Chasing outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
*Resolving invoice queries and payment disputes.
*Monitoring aged debt and maintaining accurate account records.
*Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
*Working closely with internal teams to resolve account issues.
About You*Previous experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
*Confident communication and negotiation skills.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*A proactive approach to chasing payments and resolving queries.
*Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
