About the Role
An established Wealth Management business in Newcastle is looking to recruit a Paraplanner to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to work closely with Financial Advisers, providing technical support and helping deliver high-quality financial planning solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide technical paraplanning support to Financial Advisers.
*Prepare suitability reports and detailed financial planning recommendations.
*Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, retirement planning and protection.
*Prepare cash flow models and financial planning illustrations.
*Analyse client circumstances and develop suitable financial planning strategies.
*Complete product and provider research to support adviser recommendations.
*Prepare client review documentation and support ongoing financial planning.
*Liaise with providers to obtain information and progress cases.
*Ensure all work meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
*Maintain accurate client records and manage cases through to completion.
*Work closely with advisers and the wider support team to deliver an excellent client experience.
About You
*Previous experience working as a Paraplanner within an IFA or Wealth Management business.
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or working towards it.
*Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning.
*Experience preparing suitability reports and conducting product research.
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
