Head of Corporate Consulting


A leading employee benefits consulting business is seeking an experienced leader to head up its Corporate Healthcare practice.
This is a strategic leadership role combining client advisory, team leadership, market influence and commercial responsibility. You’ll lead a team of consultants, manage key client relationships, develop insurer and provider partnerships, and drive growth across a well-established healthcare consulting business.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Lead a respected healthcare consulting division
*Shape strategy and future growth
*Influence market and provider relationships
*Develop and mentor talented consultants
*Play a key role in the wider leadership team
Essential Criteria:
*Significant experience in corporate healthcare consulting or employee benefits
*Proven leadership of high-performing consulting teams
*Strong client relationship and business development skills
*Deep understanding of the healthcare insurance market
*Commercially minded with a track record of growth and retention success
