We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our Community Care team in Manchester. This rewarding role involves providing specialist overnight care to a child receiving Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) within their own home.

The Role
As a Community Paediatric Nurse, you will provide safe and effective overnight care, ensuring the child’s health, comfort and wellbeing throughout the shift. Responsibilities include:
*Delivering specialist nursing care to a child receiving TPN.
*Monitoring the child’s condition and responding appropriately to any clinical needs.
*Administering TPN and medication as prescribed.
*Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records.
*Working closely with the family to provide reassurance, support and effective communication.
*Promoting a safe and positive home care environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Current NMC registration.
*At least 6 months’ experience in paediatric nursing.
*Strong clinical skills and knowledge of paediatric care.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
*The ability to work independently and confidently during overnight shifts.
