Are you an experienced social care professional looking for your next leadership opportunity?
We are recruiting for a Personal Support Manager to join a well-established supported living service in the Margam area. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team, support adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, support and develop a team of Support Workers
*Oversee the day-to-day running of the service
*Complete supervisions, appraisals and performance management processes
*Ensure compliance with safeguarding, medication management and regulatory requirements
*Manage rotas and staffing within service needs
*Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders
*Promote independence, choice and positive outcomes for the individuals supported
*Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes
About You
*QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum
*Previous experience within Supported Living, Learning Disabilities or Adult Social Care
*Experience supervising or leading staff teams
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Good knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred support
*Full UK driving licence
*Registered with Social Care Wales, or willing to register
