Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do:

*Deliverprestige roadside support for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, using manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostics

*Take complete ownership of thecustomer experience , from arrival to completion of the repair
*Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction every time
*Handle a mix of warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs
*Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools, and uniform
*Work 40 hours/week - currently with a 7am-9pm shift range, with flexible standby hours to suit your life
Qualifications*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
*Confident, independent, and customer focused
*Holds a full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points)
Additional Information*A competitive base salary of £38,270 , with realistic OTE of £50,000+ , designed to reward dedication and skill in a high-performing team
