Location: Brentwood, Essex (covering Brentwood and Billericay)
Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 per annum including car allowance, plus commission and bonuses
OTE: £55,000 - £70,000
Job type: Permanent, full-time - hybrid working
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (flexible)
Hybrid Mortgage Advisor - Brentwood / Billericay - Employed - All Leads Provided - OTE £55,000 - £70,000
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a well-established, directly authorised mortgage broker brand that provides mortgage and protection advice through two local, independently owned estate agency offices in Brentwood and Billericay. They are looking for an experienced Hybrid Mortgage Advisor to join on a fully employed basis.
This is a genuinely hybrid role with all leads provided - you will spend 2-3 days per week in the branches and the remainder working from home.
The role
*Work closely with both estate agency branches, understanding how they work and building strong relationships
*Advise on leads generated by the estate agency teams
*Proactively contact the existing client base - on average 17 remortgage renewals per month
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice face-to-face, by phone and by video
What’s on offer
*Basic salary of £26,000 - £34,000 including car allowance, dependent on experience
*15% commission on all business banked, plus additional bonuses once banked income targets are met
*OTE of £55,000 - £70,000 - the existing team consistently bank £100,000 - £180,000 per annum
*All leads provided - estate agency introductions plus an existing remortgage client bank
*Flexible hybrid working and flexible hours - for example, start later the day after an evening appointment
What you’ll need
*Full CeMAP or equivalent
*2-3 years’ current experience providing whole-of-market mortgage advice
*Full UK driving licence and within a commutable distance of Brentwood / Billericay
