We are currently seeking a committed Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive childcare team. Responsibilities
*Deliver exceptional care and early education aligned with the EYFS framework.
*Design and implement engaging, creative activities that support individual developmental milestones.
*Serve as a Key Person, meticulously monitoring child progress and maintaining accurate developmental records.
*Establish and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and the broader team.
*Uphold safe, inclusive, and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments.
Qualifications
*Must possess a full and relevant Level 2 Childcare/Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
*Demonstrable experience working within an early years setting.
*Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and mandatory safeguarding procedures.
*Strong communication skills, professional reliability, and a genuine commitment to early childhood excellence.
