Key Responsibilities:
*Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, fault finding, and repair on commercial gas systems, including boilers, burners, and HVAC systems.
*Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards, maintaining high levels of compliance at all times.
*Client Interaction: Represent the company professionally, maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Commercial Gas Qualifications: Hold recognised commercial gas qualifications and Gas Safe certification.
*Experience: Proven experience in commercial gas maintenance, preferably within facilities management or construction sectors.
*HVAC Knowledge: Understanding of commercial mechanical and electrical service technologies.
