The Role
As a Paralegal, you’ll support highly experienced trade union lawyers on complex and high-profile matters, including:
*High Court and appellate litigation
*Judicial Review proceedings
*Multi-claimant Employment Tribunal cases
*Large-scale group actions involving thousands of claimants
*Strategic cases that influence employment and collective rights law

What We’re Looking For
*Aspiring solicitor or legal professional with a strong interest in employment and trade union law
*Litigation experience or knowledge of court procedures (desirable)
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Strong IT and Microsoft Excel capability
*Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders
*Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
*Commitment to social justice and the values of the trade union movement
