Elevation Accountancy & Finance are thrilled to have partnered with a business based in Chesterfield in their search for a Credit Analyst to join their well established team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
*Proactively manage and control a portfolio of 700-800 customer accounts
*Perform daily credit control tasks including chasing overdue balances, resolving account issues, and managing payment commitments
*Conduct regular account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained
*Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Cash Allocation, and Finance to facilitate timely order releases, dispute resolutions, and audit support
*Use Excel to generate reports, track performance, and analyse customer behaviour
*Participate in monthly aged debt review meetings with stakeholders to improve collections and reduce overdue exposure
*Support process improvement initiatives aimed at automating workflows and enhancing collaboration across the business

Skills & Experience Required:
*Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
*Confident communicator who can build rapport with both customers and colleagues
*Comfortable working with high-volume data
