Customer Service Advisor
Job Description
*Acting as a first point of contact for customers and supporting the smooth processing of orders.
*Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring all relevant specifications and information are correctly entered onto the system.
*Contacting customers where clarification is required and resolving queries relating to orders, products or services
*Assisting with general administrative activities, ensuring documentation and records are maintained accurately and are readily available when required.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*1–2 years’ previous customer service experience, preferably within a commercial, technical or manufacturing environment.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Excellent attention to detail, particularly when processing customer orders and specifications.
