Do you have a background in CNC Engineering? Are you looking for a management position where you will be responsible for managing engineers, operational responsibilities and meeting higher value clients?
Are you looking to become a high-valued member of a small but growing engineering team?
As the Engineering Manager you will oversee the day-to-day smooth running of operations, speak with clients directly to amend any issues, attend to any issues raised by engineering staff. This company will provide specialist training on the specific machines they design, manufacture and provide all the tools you need to do your job effectively.
This startup company design their machines in the UK and work with manufactures nationwide to supply these machines to factories. They are looking to rapidly expand their engineering team to help their business expand further. There is a family feel to the business, they listen to their employees feedback and offer a highly competitive package.
