About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to take full end-to-end operational and financial responsibility for civil engineering projects within the power transmission and distribution sectors. You will manage multiple civils packages across National Grid and NGED assets, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities*Lead the end-to-end delivery of civil engineering packages for high-voltage power projects.

*Oversee project finances, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and commercial management.

*Build and maintain strong client relationships with National Grid, NGED, and key industry stakeholders.

*Lead and mentor site management teams, safety leads, and sub-contractors.

*Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations, client specifications, and company H&S policies.

Requirements*Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering within the UK power sector.

*Demonstrable track record managing National Grid and/or NGED civils projects.

*Degree/HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).

*Relevant industry accreditations (e.g., MAPM, SMSTS, CSCS).

*Willingness to travel to sites UK-wide with occasional base working in Gloucester/South Wales.
