I’m recruiting for a global asset manager on a permanent Desktop Engineer role in London.
This is a small, hands-on team that runs the whole stack. No tiers or hand-off queues, everyone takes first-line tickets and owns real infrastructure. You’d be one of two desktop/junior infrastructure engineers globally and the main technical owner of the endpoint estate in your region.

The stack: Azure, Okta, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Cato SASE, Meraki, CrowdStrike, Rubrik, M365

What you’ll do:
*1st and 2nd line support for users across Europe, the US and APAC, including PMs, traders and senior execs
*Own Intune, AppLocker, patching and AVD in your region
*Take on Azure, Okta, Cato, Meraki and Rubrik work alongside senior engineers
*Triage CrowdStrike detections and run joiner/mover/leaver processes end to end
*Automate with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
*Some travel to regional offices for rack builds, cabling and AV

What you’ll bring:
*3-5 years in IT support, desktop engineering or sysadmin
*Hands-on Intune, M365 and Windows 11 in a managed corporate environment
*Azure fundamentals and solid networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN)
*Several of: Okta, AVD, CrowdStrike, Cato, Meraki, Rubrik, AppLocker
*PowerShell you can write and troubleshoot, not just run
*Financial services or buy-side experience strongly preferred
*Right to work in the UK without sponsorship

*£50,000 - £75,000
*10-15% bonus
*Onsite - London
