Are you experienced in export operations or ocean freight, confident with documentation, and great with customers? We’re hiring an Export Coordinator to join a high-performing supply chain team within a global FMCG leader. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced logistics work, owns their processes, and communicates with clarity and confidence. What you’ll be doing
*Managing export bookings across the UK & EU
*Creating accurate export shipping documentation
*Sales order creation etc
*Tracking & tracing global shipments
*Liaising with carriers, load sites & internal teams
*Ensuring full compliance and complete auditable files
*Handling customer queries with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
*Keeping data accurate across systems
What we’re looking for*1-2 years’ experience in import and export, freight forwarding, or ocean logistics
*Experience with SAP and excel essential
*Confident communicator, organised, and detail-focused
*Comfortable owning customer operational relationship
* Strong in detail, accuracy, and documentation
*Able to handle complexity and multiple orders
*Fluent English & strong MS Office skills
