£45,000-£60,000 DOE
4 or 5 days per week
Right Match Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established law firm in Romford to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential to progress into a supervisory role within a supportive and well-respected firm.
The Opportunity
Our client has an established reputation and a loyal client base, offering a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:
*Divorce, separation and financial remedy matters.
*Private children law.
*Cohabitation agreements and TOLATA.
*Domestic violence injunctions.
*Pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
You will manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 matters, including work for high-net-worth clients, while having the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and support junior colleagues.
What Our Client Is Looking For
*A minimum of 4 years’ PQE in private family law.
*Strong technical knowledge and the confidence to manage complex matters independently.
*Experience mentoring or training junior colleagues.
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
*A proactive approach to networking and business development.
*Ambition to progress towards a supervisory or leadership position.
What Is on Offer?
*Salary of £45,000-£60,000, depending on experience.
*Flexible working pattern of 4 or 5 days per week.
*Generous individual profit-related bonus scheme.
*Realistic billing targets, with no daily targets.
*Dedicated secretarial, paralegal and junior staff support.

*Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation.
