Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:
Help tenants find their next home and landlords find the right tenants. You’ll:
*Generate new business and book rental valuations
*Show prospective tenants around properties
*Negotiate rental terms and agree lets
*Keep landlords and tenants updated through to move-in
What You’ll Bring
*Ideally, experience in lettings or sales
*Confidence building relationships and winning new business
*Motivation to achieve targets and give great customer service
*A positive, organised approach with an eye for detail
*Clear communication skills and confidence using everyday IT systems
*A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
