Full job descriptionAn established and highly respected legal practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with 3+ years’ PQE to join its successful Commercial Property team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment that offers genuine career development and flexible working.

You will manage your own varied commercial property caseload and advise a diverse client base on matters including:

*Commercial property acquisitions and disposals


*Landlord and tenant matters


*Commercial leases, agreements for lease and licences


*Lease renewals and rent reviews


*Development and regeneration projects


*Property finance and secured lending transactions


*Title investigations and reporting


*Business asset sales and purchases


*Overage, option and conditional agreements


To be Successful, you will have:

*3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property


*Experience handling a wide range of commercial property transactions independently


*Strong technical knowledge of acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work


*Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills


*Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach


*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


*A proactive and collaborative mindset


*Interest in networking and business development activities
